Stanford Free Library and Bangallworks will offer a rare opportunity for art enthusiasts to purchase books at a great discount from a carefully curated collection. Prices will range from $1 – $20 and all proceeds will go to the library to support future art programming.
Gifted to the community by a local art collector, the books span a wide survey from visual arts to architecture with emphasis on Medieval, Venetian, Dutch, Modern, and Contemporary periods.
“The Stanford Free Library is pleased to offer the community an opportunity to acquire these books for their personal libraries and do so in support of our programming” said Christa Cerul, Director.
The sale will take place in the community room of the Library and at Bangallworks:
Come celebrate “Take Your Child to the Library Day” with us at the Stanford Free Library. Craft materials will be available at different stations along with easy-to-follow instructions (or you can go freestyle!) and Kari Lorenson from New York Life will be here issuing free Child IDs.
This is a drop-in program. Come by anytime from 9:00 am – 2:00 pm
