The Empire Pass is your key to all-season
enjoyment at New York State Parks. It provides unlimited day-use vehicle
entry to most facilities operated by New York State Parks and the State
Dept. of Environmental Conservation including forests, beaches, trails
and more.
Participating parks include (but are not limited to): Clarence Fahnestock (excludes Fahnestock Winter Park), Clermont State Historic Site, Franklin D. Roosevelt, Lake Taghkanic, Mills Norrie (Margaret Lewis Norrie) Marina, Olana State Historic Site, Rockefeller State Park Preserve, Taconic – Copake Falls Area, Taconic – Rudd Pond Area, Walkway Over the Hudson State Historic Park

Pass Guidelines:
The pass provides entry for one car.
Additional fees may apply for special activities and restrictions may
apply when special events are being held.
Loan Period – 4 days
Overdue Fee – $5.00 per day
Pass must be picked up and returned inside the library – do not use the outside book drop.
