Would you like to know how to transform anxiety and stress into relaxation and vitality, while strengthening your immune system at the same time? That’s the exact purpose of Qigong (“chee-gong”). Qigong’s movements are gentle, circular and flowing. Each exercise is repeated multiple times, allowing you to relax deeply as you feel stress melt away. Easier to learn than Tai Chi Chu’an, Qigong encourages circulation throughout your body, mind, and spirit, leaving you relaxed and energized—a winning combination. Perfect for pandemic-time couch potato syndrome!
In this presentation you will learn a bit of the fascinating history of Qigong and have a chance to experience the exercises yourself. No special clothing required. Qigong can be done in a chair, if you have mobility issues.
